MARTIS VALLEY ASSOCIATES has a great selection of ski leases available in Truckee, Tahoe Donner, and Northstar™. Ski leases are 5 month leases starting in November/December OR 4 month leases starting in January. The full rental amount and security deposit is paid prior to commencement of the lease. A Security Deposit equal to one months rent is required to secure a lease. Homes are fully furnished including linens, washer/dryer, and microwave. Tenants are responsible for all utilities including electricity, propane or gas, water, phone, cable TV, and snow removal. Firewood or pellets are also the Tenants responsibility. Homes with a spa will require a spa service contract. All ski leases are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Tahoe Donner tenants have access to the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a daily fee. Northstar™ rentals include use of the Swim & Racquet Club and shuttle bus service.
